Andrew is the Head of Research at Tecmie, a technology research firm where he leads groundbreaking projects on Soroban and Attest Protocol, working at the intersection of on-chain identity, credentials, and authenticity in the age of AI. His work builds on his expertise in machine learning and data engineering, developed during his time co-founding an impact analytics startup in 2019. This startup, used by Mastercard Foundation, Meltwater, and impact organizations across Africa, measures and monitors the impact of development projects.
Andrew is the founder of Tecmie, a venture lab at the forefront of AI, blockchain, and automation. He leads groundbreaking projects like Wootiv, an AI-powered conversation platform, and AttestProtocol, a Soroban framework for on-chain identity and credentials. Sam’s ventures focus on revolutionizing business automation, decentralized identity, and real-world asset tokenization.
